The 5th International Symposium on Insect Physiology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (IPBMB) will be held on 15-18 June, 2015, Guangzhou, China. The official language for the symposium is English.

3. Student awards
Six oversea students for oral presentation will be selected for partially financial support for their international travelling, accommodation or registration fee. Please download the application form (http://www.ipbmb.com/ipbmb/) and send it to Ms. Huiling Liang (lhuiling5@mail.sysu.edu.cn) along with abstract submission before April 30th 2015.
Five students will be awarded for the best oral presentations, and five students will be awarded for the best poster presentations. A committee is responsible for the selection.

5. Abstract requirement and submission
The abstract should not be more than 1000 words in 12 font and formatted referring to Archives of Insect Biochemistry and Physiology. An example abstract is available for download.
Participants should make online (http://www.ipbmb.com/ipbmb/) abstract submission by filling the form, or send abstract to lhuiling5@mail.sysu.edu.cn by email.
6. Poster requirement
All posters should be made in 90cm (width) x 120cm (height).
7. Selected papers for publication
The papers presented in the symposium will be selected and considered to be published in Archives of Insect Biochemistry and Physiology.

Note: These three hotels locate in the campus of Sun Yat-sen University (135 West Xingang Road, Haizhu District), where the symposium will be held.
Participants are required to choose one of the hotels when they fill in the registration form. Because rooms in each hotel are limited, it is not guaranteed that you will have the room you choose. We will do our best to meet your requirement.
8.2 Transportation
Participants can take taxi, subway or bus in the Baiyun International Airport or train stations to the campus of Sun Yat-sen University (135 West Xingang Road, Haizhu District).
